Criteria for Listing on Nemours HealthyQuest

1. Be in alignment with the Nemours Health and Prevention Services mission of improving the health and well-being of children.
2. Serve children ages 0-18.
3. Be physically located in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
4. Be a community resource that offers opportunities for:
   • physical activity
   • healthy eating
   • weight management (i.e., achieving energy balance through a combination of physical activity and healthy eating)
